Swim Drill – Breaststroke Under Lane Lines
Need a great drill for your advanced swimmers for Breaststroke?
This is an excellent drill to focus on getting into the Line, or completing the kick and extending into streamline.
You go horizontal across the pool or width wise, with the lanes in the water.
The goal is to do the breath inside each lane, or ever other lane, and then kick and get under the lane lines extending out into streamline underwater to maximize the kick.
To go fast in breaststroke you need to get long and as close back into streamline as you can each stroke cycle.
