Wrong = Do 20 jumps and 10 situps.
What you need for today:
1) Kickboard
2) Fins
3) Waterbottle (if you have one)
4) Bravery.
IF you miss an interval, a 20, or a length, then you need to pay 2 pushups and 2 situps for each one missed.
20 x 20: FREE or FREE K
1 – 10: FINS
11-20: No fins
20 x 20: BK or BK K
1 – 10: FINS
11-20: No fins
20 x 20: 2 x {stroke} + FREE
1 – 10: Stroke = FLY w/ FINS
11-20: Stroke = BR (no fins)
