Challenge #1:
Push off the wall with your hands, and going backwards in reverse “streamline” get past the yellow. Use arms to “kick”
Challenge #2:
Back on the bottom, 2 feet on the wall
Lay down on the bottom of the pool with your back, shoulders and hips touching the floor.
At the same time, but two feet on the wall.
Hold it for 2 seconds.
Challenge #3:
Push off the wall in Position 11 and with only 5 kicks get past the flags.
