Challenge #1:
Streamline underwater with your legs in a V position. Get past the yellow, then again past the flags.
Challenge #2:
On the surface streamline past the lifeguard. Must rotate 3x while only doing flutter kicks and never falling out of all 3 things for streamline.
Challenge #3:
While in soldier, on the surface, and NOT using your hands do a back flip (in a ball).
