Drills: #1: Fists, #2: 1 arm only, #3: Catch-up Zombie

Challenge #1:
Walk on the bottom like a zombie to the flags, no floating.

Challenge #2:
Streamline with a spinal twist and a front flip.

Challenge #3:
Push off the wall. Do a handstand on the “T” mark, turn it into a flip, and jump off the “T” mark into a SL straight up in the air so your belly button goes above the water.
