Dryland Activities:

Question of the Day: Can you wear your Halloween Costume during your swim at the Wednesday meet?
Correct = Pretend like you are the costume you’re going as.
Wrong = Do 3 push-ups and 3 situps like you’re the character your costume is.

Warmup in water:

100 IM Kick
2 x 25 position 11 Zombie.



Review 3 things for Streamline before first 25.
1) Lock your thumb.
2) Squeeze your ears (back of head).
3) Look down (with your whole face).
Review 3 things for Position 11 before second 25:
1) Keep your arms straight.
2) Stay at the surface (even when you breathe).
3) Look down (with your whole face).

Split Up into 2 Groups

Group 1

3 x SL + 3 Zombie FREE

Take three crusty, slow, jerking, hungry for brains freestyle strokes like a starving zombie.

Move too fast and your arms will fall off, or maybe you’ll lose a leg.

Group 2

3 x SL + 3 Skeleton BK

You’re all bones! Have someone move your arms for you.

Drag a friend in SL, then do 3 BK strokes for them.

They have no muscles to move on their own!

Get back together in one group

4 x 50 werewolf FR K w/ board and FINS.
Howl at the moon at least 1x each 25.

2 x 25 Crusty mummy Backstroke.
Swim like a crusty, dusty, slow mummy wrapped up in wrapping for 1,000 years. Like you’re about to fall apart.

4 x 25 FREE w/ FINS Hiding from the vampire.
Hide your neck.

Q of the Day Answer: No! You can’t swim in your costume. Official swim suits and goggles only.
