1 x 50: FREE kick w/ FINS
1 x 50: FREE Drill: Fists w/ FINS
2 x 25: Position 11; together, w/ FINS
review all 3 things to SL and 11 before going.

Question of the Day:
How many yards long is this pool? How many do we say it is?
Correct: Do 20 flutter kicks on your back. Watch them without letting face go underwater.
Wrong: Do a 50 BK Kick w/ FINS

Streamline on your side, looking at the wall. Make it past 1/2 way.
Must be totally on side, no tilting.

Justin Challenge: Handstand rewind
Push off the wall towards the T mark like you’re going to do a handstand, but don’t; instead push on the ground so you launch back at the wall and hit it with your feet.

Challenge:
In a back float, start with two feet flat against the wall, on the surface. Do 3 double arm BK strokes NO KICK, and turn it into a Back flip (in a ball) at the flags.
