Min do a 50 instead of the 100.
1 x 100 2 FLY + Fly K each 25.
1 x 100 FREE
1 x 100 HLBw/R 50 on BK 50 on Front
1 x 50 Position 11; tell coach jeff the 3 things to 11 and 3 for SL

Question of the Day:
When doing HLBw/R, what two things should you focus on?
Correct: Swim FREE to 1/2 way and back.
Wrong: Do HLBw/R on back to 1/2 way and back.

10 x 50 on 1:30:
Odds: Not FREE (1,3,5…)
Evens: Free (2,4,6…)

Challenge: Lay flat underwater like Goldielocks

Float on your side, like you’re laying down on your side reading a book exactly in the middle of the water from the surface and from the bottom.

Like Goldielocks, not too deep, not too shallow.
Perfectly in the middle.


Challenge:

Float on BK and change direction (orientation) only using BR Kicks.
