1 x 50 Position 11; tell coach all 3 things to SL and 11 before starting.

Question of the Day:
You do a flip turn on which two strokes?
Correct: Do 3 handstands that turn into front flips.
Wrong: Swim to 1/2 way and back. Do a flip at the flags and at half way.

Brief BR kick review; 10 x BR kicks sitting on the edge of the pool; watching feet.

Challenge #1:
Lay on the bottom with your nose and 1 big toe touching at the same time. hold it for 2 seconds.

Challenge #2:
Put two feet on the wall, float on the surface and stay touching the wall for 5 seconds.

Challenge #3:
Standing under the flags, do a jump off the bottom, in SL position. Get your belly button above the surface. Do it again and get either 1/2 your suit above too (boys) or all of your suit above the surface (girls).
