Challenge #1:
Push off the wall and do a handstand after the “T” mark. While standing on your hands, keep your knees together and do 1 spin.
Challenge #2:
in airplane position, on your side, get to the flags. 1 hand aimed at bottom, 1 at the sky. Kicking allowed, but no “arm swimming.”
Challenge #3:
Streamline to the flags, do a front flip, and in a backstroke streamline kick back to the wall.
NO touching the bottom or running into lane lines.
