Warmup:

1 x 100 IM Kick
Fact or Fiction? Pick one and do it.
Fact: Streamline makes you swim faster. Do 2 x 50’s FREE with a SL that takes you past the flags.
Fiction: Streamline is stupid and I can skip it because I’m awesome! Do 3 x 50’s FREE with NO SL.
1 x 50 Position 11: tell someone on your side of the pool all 3 things for SL and 11 before you go. If you read this then only do 11 to 1/2 way and back.

Question of the Day:
What is faster? Careful good technique swimming, or thrashing and flailing about as fast as you can?

Correct: Do your best crazy splashing dance in the water.
Wrong: Do your Most careful ballerina swim to 1/2 way and back.

3 x SL + 11, Eat, 11
1 x 50: 1st 25 = FLY Kick, 2nd 25 = FREE
3 x SL + 2 FLY must breath on #2.

Challenge:
In Airplane, do 2 fly kicks on every side of your body to 1/2 way.
Belly, Side, Back, Side.

Challenge:
Handstand REWIND!
1: Hands on T mark.
2: Hands 1/2 way between T and Wall.
3: Hands on ground as far away as possible!
