Push off the wall with 1 foot and get past the flags with no kicking or strokes.

Challenge:
Laying on your back, on the surface, move your arms like making a snow angel and move from the T mark to the first lifeguard. ~5 meters.

Challenge – Back on the bottom, 2 feet on the wall

Lay down on the bottom of the pool with your back, shoulders and hips touching the floor.

At the same time, but two feet on the wall.

Hold it for 2 seconds.
