1 x 100 IM Kick
1 x 100 FREE Kick w/ Board
1 x 50 FLY Kick w/ FINS
1 x 50 Position 11 w/ FINS; tell coach all 3 things to SL and 11 before.

Question of the Day:
At a swim meet there are 5 short whistles, then 1 long whistle. What does the LONG whistle tell you to do?
Correct: Jump off the bottom 5 x w/ FINS and get your belly above the water at least once.
Wrong: 50 BK w/ FINS

1 x 100 FREE w/ FINS; focus on side breathing with 1 goggle in the water.
1 x 50 FLY: 2 strokes FLY + FLY kick rest of each 25.
1 x Challenge

Challenge #1:
FINS; with your back against the wall, kick from the end of the stairs to the lifeguard. Keep body pressed to wall.

Challenge #2:
Streamline to 1/2 way with only 10 flutter kicks.

Challenge #3:
Do a handstand between the “T” mark and the wall. Turn it into a flip, and push off the wall in SL on your back. Get past the yellow in SL.
