1 x 100 IM Kick
2 x 50 FREE Kick w/ FINS; rest after each 50. Turn your head to the side to breathe.
1 x 50 CH w/ FINS
1 x 50 Position 11: w/ FINS; tell coach 3 things to SL and 11 before you go.

Question of the Day:
Where should the flutter kick (free/bk) begin? Like what body part?
Correct: Pretend you’re a sea otter eating on your back to the flags.
Wrong: 50 FREE Kick w/ FINS and Kickboard

1 x 100 FREE Kick w/ FINS
2 x 50 Free (no fins) focus on strong kick and long reaching arms.
3 x SL + Breath, down, kick, glide.
1 x Challenge

Challenge #1:
Flutter kick on your back doing 11, Eat 11 to 1/2 way without letting face fall underwater.

Challenge #2:
Flatten yourself against the + mark like a squished bug. BONUS: totally underwater.

Challenge #3:
Lay on the bottom on your back, and keep 2 feet on the wall with knees bent at 90 degree angles.
