review all 3 things to SL and 11 before going.

Question of the Day:
What should STAY in the water when you take a breath on FREE?
Correct: Do 10 spins above the water without touching the bottom.
Wrong: Turn your head to the side 20 times (like you’re doing FREE breathing) with those things in the water.

10 x SL on SURFACE, on your BACK to the flags.

12 x 25 on :45 w/ FINS: BK
touch the wall on your back.
After second flags, do 3 more strokes, then put your hand in Position 1.

1 x 100 FREE Kick w/ Board

1 x Challenge

Challenge #1:

Streamline on your side, looking at the wall. Make it past 1/2 way.
Must be totally on side, no tilting.

In Airplane, do 2 fly kicks on every side of your body to 1/2 way.
Belly, Side, Back, Side.

Use your hands to push off the wall underwater and “streamline” feet first to the yellow. BONUS make it underwater to the flags.

Like a feet first streamline pushing with hands. HINT: Point toes, lock knees together, squeeze core tight.
