Question of the Day:
At a swim meet, what does the LOOONG whistle before your race mean?
Correct: Sprint, swim as fast as possible to the flags.
Wrong: 50 FREE w/ FINS

10 x 50: Back / FREE x 25
1st 25 = BK, 2nd 25 = FREE
FINS: 1-12.

10 x SL + …
… 3 FREE + Flip
… 5 FREE + 1 Breath on 2, 3, or 4
… on back stay in SL to the flags.

3 x Challenge

Challenge #1:

Float like a star on your back for :30 without kicking or moving hands.
Use your breath and body position to stay floating.

At the flags, float on your back in soldier position. Without pushing off the bottom or using your hands, do 3 FLY kicks to get to half way.

Justin Challenge: Handstand rewind
Push off the wall towards the T mark like you’re going to do a handstand, but don’t; instead push on the ground so you launch back at the wall and hit it with your feet.
