Question of the Day:
Does “bilateral” breathing mean doing it to both sides?
Correct: Stand in shallow water and do 10 breaths to the side starting with your face in.
Wrong: 50 FREE with breathing always towards the lifeguards.

Challenge:
Streamline off the wall underwater. After the stairs turn it into an airplane and make it to the flags without kicking.

Challenge:
Push off the wall with your hands, going feet first. “Reverse” streamline (feet first) past the yellow.

Challenge:
Starting at the flags, Swim backstroke to the wall with only 3 strokes and 5 flutter kicks.
