Question of the day: How many kicks should you do during each arm stroke of butterfly?

Correct = Show Coach Rachel or Jeff your “I’m awesome” pose. Hold for 20 seconds.
Wrong = Do 20 situps.

20 x 25’s on 1:00

1-5= 2 FLY + FLY K the rest of the 25 w/ FINS
6-10= BK FINS
11-15= BR
16-20= FREE w/ FINS

20 x 25’s on 1:00


FINS optional

20 x 25’s on 1:00

1-10: CHOICE (no freestyle)
11-20= 2 STROKES CHOICE, rest is FREE
